1. Program description
New Choice Contractors sends SMS messages only for customer care related to an inquiry you submitted. Messages may cover estimate follow-up, appointment scheduling, and project communication. We do not send marketing, promotional, or automated message campaigns. Message frequency varies with your conversation.
2. Opt-in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our website and checking the SMS consent box. The box is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You may submit a contact request without agreeing to texts.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. New Choice Contractors does not charge a fee for text messages. Your carrier’s rates apply.
4. Opt-out
Reply STOP to cancel. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation that you are unsubscribed and no further messages unless you opt in again. Opt-out is handled on the same number that sent the messages.

6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers that deliver the text messages. 8. Eligibility
You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number and at least 18 years old.
