Architecturally Challenged Projects

Ashton Ave., Century City

This cozy 6 unit 1930’s “Jewel Box” building was a little less than historic,  Designed by architect “Hap” Gilman, New Choice Contractors was hired to perform upgrades and general repairs for one of the vacant units to be rented out.  During the work Dan uncovered a large cavity behind a closet.  With the help of Rock Architects we turned this unused area into a complete den area, expanded the units, and helped the owner get a substantial rent increase.
